The strict geometry of the simple, three-storey cube is in the tradition of classic office buildings. Completely in the style of Mies van der Rohe’s “Less is More”. The minimalism which goes right down to the details – for example in the design of the supporting structure, the exposed concrete core accommodating the development or in the firmly installed shelves – and the reserved treatment of materials determine the expression of the building both inside and out.


A protruding red frame referring to the main entrance, as well as a large opening for deliveries to the production hall situated behind, complete the solidium into a long-drawn rectangle with the dimensions 8.5m /22.0 m...
