This house in Buchs shows that a great deal of residential space can be created on small lots. It is built on just under 360 m² of land and offers more than 150 m² of living space. It also had to fulfil the requirements in terms of preserving the overall appearance of the locality. The area is characterised by small “sticker” houses from the heyday of the textile industry in the Rhine valley.
